On the 25th of September, we developed and organized for the Autogrill Team a team building activity held at Farm65 in Milano. The fil rouge of the night was the connection between coffee and sustainability, with a particular focus on the history of coffee machines.
The event started with a presentation of a collection of old Cimbali machines followed by a talk on circular economy actions held by the multinational group, we organized a small introduction on materials developed starting from waste, in collaboration with Material Connexion. The night continued with an aperitivo with wine and finger food. The core activity came right after with a team building activity that saw the participation of a MasterChef winning chef preparing first a dish and then guiding a competition of the various teams, in the preparation of a coffee based risotto made with coffee grounds and, therefore, putting together all the key elements of the event . Winners being announced and dinner happening in the central area of Farm65, the night ended with a final toast with the enthusiasm of all the participants.
